This template can be used to track those changes and should be posted under a comment associated with the revised draft final report. Use of a change tracker is required under the PRCI Final Report Specifications document listed above. 14KB Training - Contractor Invoicing Because PRCI is a non-profit member organization, special provisions are required to track not only how expenses on project occur but also when they occur. For example, charges that span across a calendar year must be broken out by year; as such, it is best to submit an invoice reflecting charges through December 31 and a separate invoice for charges on or after January 1. To ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, it is important that invoices meet PRCI requirements per the associated document. The attached template is a suitable format for an invoice.
